WHAT A YEAR! 2021 was exciting on so many levels and I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by such a supportive family, amazing clients, wonderful friends and the opportunity to work with this amazing team.
Last year I was welcomed with open arms to the A Group Real Estate team and it has been one of the best decisions of my professional life.
We share a special and unique bond in the crazy world of real estate, as well as outside of the office. Countless hours worked at all times of the day (and night), stepping in to help when needed, and most importantly, we all share the same goal…to put our clients needs above all else.

What Can We Expect From the 2022 Real Estate Market?
Happy New Year! Starting a new year always feels good! I know we were all hoping the pandemic would be behind us, but here we are months later, and it’s still here. We’ve learned to adjust and count our blessings.
Has the pandemic impacted real estate?
In many ways it has, but not in the negative ways we initially anticipated. 2021 will always be remembered as a record-setting year in real estate.
Many homeowners saw equity levels higher than ever before. This catapulted more move-up purchases than previous years.
The demand in all price ranges was strong. April and May were particularly tough months for buyers with limited inventory, bidding wars and offer terms that were near impossible to compete with. While the remainder of the year continued to be strong, things slowed down very slightly and eventually most buyers were able to secure a home.
As long as inventory remains low and interest rates don’t increase too much, 2022 should be another stellar year.
